Starting to feel better. I'm going to attempt a groceries run today, and take the dreaded walker with me, so I can sit whenever and wherever my endurance gives out. It sucks to make decisions and resolutions about a healthier life, only to have your feet knocked out from under you by forces you can't control over and over again.

I'm feeling defeated, betrayed by my body, unable to win no matter what I do. Just the kind of mood that leads to a food binge. I'll do my best, but I honestly don't know how far my willpower is going to stretch today. I'm running on empty.

Here's the one thing I can commit to; tomorrow, I will weigh in. I'll own whatever happens today.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

Hoping and praying things get better for you. This journey is difficult. Keep pushing and moving forward. Take one day at a time!! You can do it. believe in yourself!!!
