Short holiday entry today. I won't be much by the computer today, hanging with Wife instead, enjoying the days off.

A few hundred grams down since yesterday.

Life is good!
172.8 lb Lost so far: 168.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
