Getting rid of some of this water bloat. My feet aren't as swollen and I don't feel puffy, so that's good. Got in another Wii workout last night, plus took a walk with my boys. Stayed on target yesterday and checked off all goals except getting in bed by 10. Maybe that can happen tonight! Have a great day!
