I slipped up on the cheese. 🧀 I kind of need it. For my own sanity lol But, it's still a much smaller portion than I was consuming before.

I've meant to ask, but why did you drop cheese? Lactose issue? Cheese is my "treat" for LCHF, am I doing harm with that idea?

I had to stop with the nuts...because of the way I ate them on Keto. But now, when I have them, I say to myself ..loud and clear..."THIS IS MY CHOICE< TODAY" . That method of self talk does it for me. You? No slippage there! ;>) KCKO!

Nuts can really be dangerous! I have to count them out and plan them way in advance. I weigh them out in grams now so I don't cheat.

I'm not intolerant, I love cheese. The problem is some people can have stalls with too much cheese. I don't know if it causes me to stall but I've been lowering my intake to see if effects my weight loss progress.

I had to stop nuts also. I still eat almond flour on occasion but but for me, nut are like eating M&Ms. you can't stop at one.

For me, cutting out cheese for a while was about re-framing, not complete abstention. I just don't feel great in general, and am somewhat bloated, when I eat it every day. (See: recent road trip. What, I didn't post ongoing pictures of my abs? Trust me. Ugh.) Nuts, though, I'm staying off for now.

Don't think I could (totally) give up on cheese, but I have (since late springtime) reduced my intake of it.
