Fruit smoothies ftw. I worry that I would never eat enough fruit without them.. and honest to goodness.. the ones I make are soooo good.. my 5 year old asked if there was ice cream in it!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
