That's crazy but yesterday ate 166 grams of fat ,,,61 grams of protein and 20 net carbs and 2000 calories thats the most calories I've eaten So now I don't care about calories im just gonna try and maintain 70 to 80 percent fats,15percent protein and 20 net carbs also I bought 3 pair of jeans size 8 I😱😱
152.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
