It's taken me four days to remove the effects of one slightly overindulgent session.
Following a few months of increased exercise my body shape is shifting itself very well and I'm close to going down to the next waist size in trousers. My total waist reduction since Feb 1st is 5-1/2 inches.

Having listened to Windlespoons link aobut the food revolution videos (thanks) I do think I need to find a way of reducing my current daily carb intake of 150 - 200g to below 100g Once the blackberry crumble is finished I will try.

Today I am at home alone and the fridge man and the boiler man are coming. I will be souring the internet for a last minute holidays in Sept and all being well I will go for a nice walk this afternoon. I have won a few more hiking jackets on ebay to try hopefully they will arrive today. My total will then be six. The plan is once I have sorted out the best ones to resell two of them.
