Well down again 🤗👍the change I made the past few days that seems to be working is eating more fats the two main foods I added the past few days was red meat and cauliflower with I can't believe it's not butter had filet mignon in last night with veggies and salad also eating closer to 1500 per day the past few days , I've kept my carbs less than 30 net carb another fat I've added was tablespoon skippy peanut butter ,all natural with stevia and cream cheese with cocoa Its really yummy like fudge and heavy cream .....2 . 6 pounds til
152.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
