DECIDED TO ADD THE WEIGHT THAT THE SCALES SHOWS..even though its muscle instead of unhealthy weight like one would think..kinda a false reading because muscle is replacing the flab...even though the weight chart doesnt show that..
280.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
