1616 kcal Fat: 101.63g | Prot: 65.98g | Carb: 129.11g.   Breakfast: Honey, Walnuts, Spectrum Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Egg, Bananas. Lunch: Mango, Cooked Green Peppers and Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Guacamole, Beef Brisket (Whole, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Cooked, Braised). Dinner: Cucumber (with Peel), Tomatoes, No-carb Meatballs, Cauliflower mash. Snacks/Other: SCD Peanut Butter Brownies. more...
