1st work out w Jillian Michaels- very similar to P90X- a good hard workout, felt good to get back at it! My follow up w surgeon tomorrow. Hoping for the OK to do the Rankin Cancer Run in May!
145.2 lb Lost so far: 79.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How do you like that Jillian Michaels workout? I have been thinking of starting one of hers.

Its very good... my legs were sore for 3 days after one dvd- the fat buster metabolism booster what ever its called haha. Its strength, cardio and abs all in a 50 min session. Get in get sweaty get out!
