Weight down , not sure why because I had pizza and drinks last night at concert probably tommorrow I'll be up ....but back to my diet not stopping until I reach 150 👍
154.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
