Made new goals for my journey. Start 7-27-17/ 361, 8-27-17/ 330, 9-27-17/ 300, 10-27-17/ 275, 11-27-17/ 255, 12-31-17, 240.
349.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
