Thu Aug 3rd: calories 2087 | fat: 154.55g | protein: 100.77g| carbs: 44.00g 71%/20%/9%


Tue - Beer and Blueberry Pie | Wed - Wine, Plantains and Oreos | Thur - Wine and Pretzel Crisps - Garlic Parmesan
Cashews Tue - Thu | Dark chocolate 2 squares on Wed, 1 square on Thur - Probably will eat 1 or 2 today, Friday, as well

The above mentioned foods were the snacks I had in addition to the regular foods I ate on those days. Feel free to look @ my food entries. Everything logged.


Pre vacation weight - Wed Jul 26 - 209 LBS
Post vacation weight -Tue Aug 1 - 216 LBS

Wed 8/2 down 2 - Thu 8/3 down an additional .6 - Fri 8/4 down an additional 2 (4.6 lb recovery in 3 days...not bad)


I should be down 60 pounds total by the end of August. My heaviest weight was 260 lbs last Jan 2016. When I hit 199 I will celebrate with new clothes, a BIO update, a new profile picture and a New Goal of:
Starting Weight 199 Goal of 185.

I am dialing it in.
