ate the brussell sprouts with the goat cheese and bacon. even tho it is on plan it might have been too many veggies since I had a salad too. I am going to stick with salads and cauliflower. I also ate salad dressing for the first time so that might have something to do with the small gain. Might try not to eat any salad dressing.
