I preplan and pre-log food. I can and do amend lists of meals if and as it changes. I am an retired women. I thought I had given up on trying to get healthy. Then my daughter suggested Keto. I think...it really saved me. I am renewed and going in the right direction. With FS app, my member friends/community and Keto...I have no doubt I will achieve my weight and health goals!!!!
224.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
