I don't know. I asked to work more nights so I can workout in the morning also so I don't snack at night when I get home. Lately working so much I can't workout because I am just so tired and sore. My feet have been in so much pain because of the plantar fasciitis.
360.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I sympathize! Plantar fasciitis is really painful. You might need (custom) orthotics if you don't already have them .. expensive, but it was well worth it in my case. Lots of rolling frozen water bottles and trying to bunch up small towels with my toes helped too .. but I could hardly walk to the bathroom when I got out of bed in the morning. I'm retired now, but when I was working, I preferred to go to the gym from work. It was a great stress reliever, and also, I'm a morning person and even in high school preferred to do my work early in the morning. Good luck with the feet! It can get better!
