Finally back at it AGAIN! I have been doing pretty well in maintianing my weight, but not staying on Low-Carb. I am ready to start losing agin so here we go with "DAY ONE" induction. I would like to be down another 10 in 2 weeks.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

There is nothing magical about low carb diets. Initial loss is big because of the loss of stored glycogen and water weight, not because you're losing fat. Eat less calories than you expend while eating what you want. You cannot deprive yourself if you want to be truly happy while maintaining your weight loss. Lifestyle change, not a quick fix.

Thank you both for the comments,my life has just been so crazy lately and I am feeling out of control in many aspects. The one thing I have been able to control, is that I have not gained any significant weight (only 1 lb). Usually when I am a mess the first thing is my weight that goes up! I have been able to control that and I know I will lose the rest of the weight, despite being out of control of the rest of it!

Your not alone. I know there are some days that I feel out of control too. You hang in there and with all of us doing mainly the same thing, WE WILL ALL DO IT. Have a wonderful day.:)
