Did just fine yesterday. Ate a reasonable amount of good food and got 2 good walks in. Even refused Mom's pound cake when we visited yesterday. Keep it up.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
