Yay maybe last Sat wasn't a dream after all. Sat sleep-in weight was 169. Weighed myself after eating this am & was at 170 even so was prob in the 169's when I first got up this am too. Hope I see 169 again before the week is out
169.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Calorie Count   losing 0.2 lb a week
