Really frustrated. not following diet so great. Trying to drink water until 5 and most of the time I make it until 4 when I have a dc headache. I am not really working out as hard I usually do as well. It's all in my head ~ guess I need to deal with my emotions a bit and get back on target.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
