Yeh another pound 👍 it's a miracle yesterday I added lettuce for chicken salad wraps Im trying this no sugar bread I had a slice yesterday and the day before and still lost weight it's called natures own it taste good too also continued Atkins 1 treat and one meal bar yesterday . I wasn't hungry and had only 1000 calories so I chose not to eat if I'm not hungry . That one thing I hear people say a lot since starting this so I'm gonna follow that plus I'm trying to drink more water and get more sleep
156.3 lb Lost so far: 6.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
