So depressed about weight gain. Why is it so hard for me to stop eating so much? Trying to get back to eating healthy. I do pretty well until late night snacking. Totally lost control last night. Feeling very ashamed about how I look.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Can u find something to do at night. U could pre-plan a meal including evening snacks. I pre-plan every night the next day's food including snacks.

Last nite I went to bed when I knew I was going to have an unplanned snack For me, logging food and regular weigh ins are essential to keep on track, but everyone's different Maybe plan a couple of things to achieve Dailey drink more water instead of caffeinated drinks You can do it ! 😁

I love Bigelow teas. I drink several cups a night and that really helps. Vanilla chai and French vanilla are my favorite. They really do help me avoid night snacking.
