Bad News- Still High Blood Pressure 173/107. P-78. Good News: Blood Sugar 99! So consistently down from pre and early Keto time in Jan-June. Down 18.6 lbs since June 4th. I am up today. Am grateful.
226.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 61.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
