Just weighed in - 2 lbs.!!! I don't have words to express how nice it is to be back "in the program".

Will change my weigh in day to Tuesday to mesh the the Focus and Commitment Challenge. Perfect timing for that challenge. My goal is to lose 10 lbs. in 10 weeks.

Got to go get some laundry done - then off to the mall at 2 PM.

166.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome, Congrats, and Happy Dancing etc.etc...Yahoo...Can you tell I am happy for you???...Enjoy your shopping..I found some golden flax..They had it at the produce market I go to..Can't wait to try the MIM..also found some lemon, almond and banana extract(Watkins) brand.. I may wait to make one til I finish off the chocolate cup cakes I made..don't want them to go bad..LOL...There were 16 of them and I have put them in the fridge...Have a great day honey...:O)
