Only a few pounds to go until my goal. Now I need to re-evaluate and see if that is really the weight I should be at. The BMI chart says 150# is the max I should weigh to be healthy.

I actually cannot believe I am almost there. What a crazy 8 months this has been. Head is on straight to focus on weight loss and be the best I can be. The next step will be to maintain that healthy weight for life. That will be the real challenge.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
