Drank 2 protein shakes yesterday gained 9 pounds overnight what the heck . No more protein shakes for me only ate aboutv1000 calories total I don't get it
169.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
