Well my first weigh in is tomorrow. I completely forgot to pack a lunch and got something easy. Gotta do better than that. I doubt I'll have made any change in my weight because I've eaten out so much this last week but next week I will do better! My first couple of weeks last time wasn't so great getting into the swing of making better choices either, but I just have to work on it. This week i will start some light exercise and I'm hoping in three or four weeks to go to Springfield and go roller skating
287.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
