been back at the gym for two weeks, usually by this time the needls budges at least 3 kilos, but not this time
I think it's because im not being careful with my diet
that's why I'm back to using this app to monitor my macros, it has always proved efficient
143.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
