Well, I did good then gave into my boyfriends cravings. We both love to eat..he wanted gyros tonight then ice cream lol I'll do better tomorrow, plus he works late tomorrow so I'll be eating dinner by myself. It'll be easy to eat healthy with him gone!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I suggest you talk with him about your goals and get him on the same page as you! Even if he's not trying to eat better he can at least try to be a better support system. I'm lucky enough to have a hubby who is eating pretty healthy too, but when he dives into junk (because he can!) I know how tough it can be!

Aha.. the dreaded boyfriend cravings. They're the worst! The way I try to get around them is if he wants to go out to eat, (it's usually pizza, italian food, etc.. very calorie heavy) I'll immediately ask for a to-go box and put away half of it. This way, I'm only eating half of the calories which is usually about one meal anyway, and then I have lunch tomorrow too!

Bkeller- He knows my goals, he's just a butthead. typical guy that loves to eat! That's why I'm glad he works late now. I can keep on track better and don't have to worry about making dinner for both of us. Peppymint-lol they literally are the WORST! We usually eat the rest of the portions for lunch the next day too. More bang for your buck!
