I seem to have hit a blip and I need to increase my exersise to get below it.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hello, the same thing happened to me a few weeks, and like you mentioned, I made my workout a little bit harder by raising the resitance on my exrecise bike, and it worked. I wish you good luck on your weight loss journey.
