So after a 3 day egg fast (which I haven't broken the fast yet) I've lost close 2 pounds.

So I plan on transitioning out of it today. I'm still going to have just eggs for breakfast. But for lunch, I'm desperately needing some greens. I made a small kale salad and I'll have that with an egg. The eggs don't bother me as much as my body craves leafy greens.

Suzie-D: Many keto followers have done Egg Fasts to break a stall they're in. There's lots of info on google and youtube about it.
