I find it very odd that my weight is precisely the same for 8 straight days no matter how I eat, exercise, don't exercise etc.. I even held a weight in my hand then re weighed. No fluctuation is just weird. Oh well, Keto on! Its all good.

It didn't even change when you held a weight? Is it broke maybe? Does your scale read fat, muscle and all that other stuff?

I didn't write that very clearly! I meant I forced it to register higher with a weight in my hand, let it clear, then reweighed. Same exact weight. I mean there has been a TON of variation in my life the last 8 days. Sunday 4 shots of tequila I wasn't planning on😳 (it was a bonding thing) then one day with 20,000 steps, another with 40 minutes high intensity weight lifting, and yesterday no exercise, root canal sedation meds. Always exactly the same weight. Just weird.

I need to invest in a fat percentage scale! Any suggestions? This weight stuff doesn't reflect clothing changes much.

Aha I see! I have a Ozeri scale that I bought 3 years ago & I'm pretty happy with it. Type in Amazon "Ozeri Touch 440 lbs Total Body Bath Scale" With you lifting weights it might be fun for you to see muscle growth!

Well I just started lifting weights Sunday(since having kids). I did do it in my late 20's for a couple of years and yes the change was shocking. I gain weight very, very easily so as soon as I stopped lifting the weight crept right back on over a few years. Then I slowly packed on an extra 45 after having kids. Thanks for the scale info.

I just ordered that scale😉

The one Xappie recommended and I just bought appears to show muscle weight and body water content. Its got sensors on the surface. I wanted something besides just pounds and ounces especially now that I am lifting weights and building muscle. I know I can go by how my clothes fit eventually- I would just like to get a grip on what my daily calories should be.
