Still happy that I am maintaining okay, and hopeful that I can keep this up while I'm on holiday. We go on Wednesday 😀😀😀😀
132.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
