My power has been off for 5 days and I've just now been able to post or weigh in. My weight is the same...I haven't been watching is very closely, to busy msking a fire and keeping warm.

154.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb. Still to go: 14.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

well, keep on truckin, even if you fall off the horse, you can get right back on. because you failed a little doesn't mean it's kaput. just get back on track, you can do it!
