Lovely week ending with celebrating July 1st Canada's 150 birthday downtown. Walked down & back. I don't record/set goals by steps but my phone said ~24000 steps 17.3 km. My feet were tired. What a beautiful day. So wonderful to be Canadian.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
