Down another 1 1/4 lb - I'm happy for the weight loss; the trick will be KEEPING it off! Yesterday I actually turned down free cookies at work! Today there is another retirement celebration, with more food I'm sure. I will probably eat some yogurt and pop a chocolate mint in my mouth before going. Hubby is down to 238, that's the lowest he's weighed in 15 years! His stomach surgery is tomorrow - nervous but a little excited. He's been off the insulin pump for a few weeks now, and I really want that to be permanent! Please wish us luck! I'll keep you informed of his (and my) progress!
142.2 lb Lost so far: 8.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
