Started back walking today drank my water and haven't​ gone over on calories so happy with that just working with foods I have on hand right now.
My goal this time is calorie counting and exercise instead of any certain type of diet
206.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
