Well today I went in for my weigh in after 3 weeks of holidays...I was surprised that I did not gain more in that time, but I did know that it would almost be impossible for me to loose over Christmas. It was 5 yrs since I have been with my family in Nova Scotia for Christmas. But now it is time for me to crack down and shed the last 11 lbs to reach my goal!
