Resisting paid off. I am still away from home with a luncheon to attend today. I hope they won't think it rude to bring a jared salad. I need the socialization but not their food. I packed more food for this trip than clothes! LOL!

I enjoyed the wellness center here yesterday. Swam laps, enjoyed the hot tub, and participated in water aerobics. Why don't I do this at home? My membership goes to waste.

Thanks everyone for your support while I try to break through 3 years of extra baggage. All the best for your health and happiness journey today! Each tiny decision we make today feeds a happier self or a hapless self.
