Day 143 and a large unexplainable overnight drop. Due I think to benevolent scales. Very good news though.
It's another long walk today for me - Planned around 12 miles. I am pleased that it looks a bit cooler.
Tonight we are off to a gourmet meal at Blenheim. After calculating calories I have reluctantly taken one of the 315 calorie pork pies out of my lunchbox. Because of the meal I will be surprised If my weight stays low tomorrow but here's hoping.

Superb loss. Maybe fluid loss a contributing factor.

Yep - It must be fluid loss. Just back from nice walk - 14.77 miles - My feet are now a little sore.
