Today is Monday the 15th and i am ready to tackle these 30 lbs so excited goin to do everything i can to stay focused on the prize=)wearing some summer clothes and feeling good
134.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
