It is not funny how insidious my mind is especially around food. I lost this week after gaining for the last 6.5 months....and immediately ....the "head" says ...."not enough" Well, I just thought I would write this...get it out....and keep going! Happy Father's day !
239.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
