goooooood sunday mornin...havent been exercising like i was..but weight doesnt seem to mind..still comin off...slow an steady...been eating more meat..not a meat person really..but gotta eat...still stickin with the plan...clothes are getting baggier...so must be doing right ...tomow is grocery day for me...dont really need all that much but might still go ahead an shop ahead..helps cut down next week...trying to get food stored so i dont have to go to the store all that much...less im outta several things...for me it takes longer to drive to the store..then it does to shop for whats on my list...as i stick to mostly the same food..just after a while have to fix it different...lol...to give it a new flavor...well..just killin time to recharge a mp3 player...have a great one...my next mini goal is so close..im ready to reset an head to the next mini goal...have a great one...im still stickin with it...
276.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
