Okay, 10 days till birth. I wanted to be at 82 kilo at birth and i'm 84, so no more tubs if ice cream and only healthy eating and im sure i can stay on track.That will still be a 16 kilo weight gain, bit i know 9 of that was when i quit smoking in the first trimester...going to weigh in every day, than after baby is born, down to 60-64 kilo's.....here goes.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

Awe... I'm so excited for YOU!! Get lots of rest and do your exercises... you'll be just fine and if you breast feed, you'll be dropping it before you know it! :) Good luck!

when I was pregnant I went from 135 pounds to 175 pounds! Ate super low calorie and got down to 112! But then I started eating more when I quit breastfeeding, and started binging on carbs like sugary cereal and graham crackers with loads of peanut butter..went up to 150 over about 5 months. :( Hoping to lose weight in a healthier way this time and keep it off for good. I wish you an easy labor and a relaxing stay in the hospital! It's very exciting to have a baby, it is a life-changing experience.

So exciting!! if you are able to breastfeed, DO IT!! Not only is it amazing your you and your baby, but you will drop the pounds so quickly!! Good luck to you!!!
