Ok, so I'm 416 days post-op from my VSG (yay me! ) but I have been stuck in the middle and high 160's since October, ugghh. Not feeling like I'm getting anywhere with my weight loss am going to give myself a half-ass goal of 150 as of today and aim to meet it hopefully by the end of summer if not then by the time kids go back to school, more than a reasonable amount of time. I AM NOT QUITTING, NOT GIVING UP & GOING TO MAKE IT HAPPEN!..., Don't anybody get in my way, I'll ride my bike (bicycle) over you, there's no stopping me 😎😀🍀
