Finally hit a mile stone... lost 50 lbs..It's been a long road,but a more healthy one.Even with the 5 month stall,I never gave up on the plan or myself.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 78.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 March 2012:
1442 kcal Fat: 103.01g | Prot: 111.57g | Carb: 12.93g.   Breakfast: revolution rolls, coffee..black, Butter, egg. Lunch: Tomatoes, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), real mayo, bacon crumbles, red bell pepper. Dinner: revolution rolls, real mayo, roast chicken breast. more...
