Slow and steady. I have 26 days till I will see some people that haven't seen the plus size me. I'm going to call these the 27 days of pain! I'm going to sweat, I'm going to cry and I'm going to be sore but when I'm done I'm going to kick some ass and turn some heads. Come on sexy version of me, I know you are in there!
335.6 lb Lost so far: 101.4 lb.    Still to go: 85.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How are you losing so fast. I cheat a lot, still eating cookies, ice cream. Eating weight watchers tv dinners for my lunch then I eat chocolate graham cookies. I do snac on oranges and cherries in the morning. I drink a cup of hot lemon every morning before I come to work. That keeps me in bathroom often.

I am drinking A LOT of water. I keep my stomach full of water and it helps me not eat as much. My body thinks it's full cause of all the water. I also have cut out a lot of sugar and carbs. I am exercising and when I do cheat I only cheat a little. As long as you portion things then it is okay to cheat. Be careful of empty calories. Like nuts help you keep your energy up but don't burn off at fast as say gram crackers like you were saying. Stay away from fried and processed food. If you do go out to eat a huge trick I have been doing is get water! It's free and your belly and your wallet will love you for it! And set goals! For me my first 25 was getting gel nails out on, my 50 lb mark I have a tattoo planned. Once you reach a goal reward yourself cause lets be honest this shit is hard. Also when you are large like myself once you make some life changes like cutting out soda or sugary drinks and stuff like that it makes a huge difference. Most importantly I stay positive! I can't beat myself up for cheating but when I don't cheat I give myself a reward. Positive reinforcement not negative. You can do this! I believe in you!

Another trick is to get ALL the cheating junk OUT of the house. Figure out a tea or something to occupy your mouth when you want to cheat that will satisfy you. 🤷🏻‍♀️ This is a new Way of Eating, not a DIET. It's a life change to be healthier. So make healthier choices. If you are out, ask for the doggie bag FIRST and cut the portions to what you should eat before you start eating. Drink a glass of water before the first bite. 💁🏻Chew EACH bite thoroughly, like song the ABC's all the way through if you can! You want it to dissolve in your mouth! 🙇🏻‍♀️ Sounds disgusting but it means you know exactly how much and what you are putting in your mouth and each bite is SAVOURED not devoured! 🤷🏻‍♀️
