Another conference today with the most delectable delights...I've so gone well over me weekly calorie goals. And i and I didn't make it to gym this week yet. Eating unhealthily I have no energy!!! Uuuurrrgggg!!!!
170.6 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
