Recording same weight again to update challenge progress. Alcohol and biscuits now under control, but I am eating more food than usual. Am walking a lot more too, however. Knees are holding up, and feet haven't complained too much. I think I can attribute that to the loss of weight! Lifting a 10 litre water container make me realise how much I've lost 😀 (Almost double that, I think!)
135.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

What you call biscuits Glen, we'd call scones or baked dumplings. And don't even go there with the Scone (short o) or Scone (long o) pronunciation battle!
